Loved this! I pair a Sauvignon Blanc that we make in South Africa (Darling Hills, Stellenbosch) with an aged Goat (Cypress Grove Humboldt Fog) and people love the pairing. This gives me an idea for a "Sauvignon Blanc" Off with a tasting of our Lake County, CA SB with Chevre vs the SA SB with the Humboldt Fog! Thanks for getting the juices flowing!
