'SALT to taste."  I came to dread those words when I started cooking from recipes. Each ingredient - herbs and spices included - would be spelled out to the pinch, but not this key item. (source: The Philadelphia Inquirer)

The salt issue is very tricky! You want to make food taste good but when you develop a taste for salt you realize you're taking in way more than you're supposed to...
